Nothing has opened its sixth exclusive service centre in India. Located in Kolkata, West Bengal, this new service centre is a part of the London-based consumer tech brand’s plans to expand its after-sales network to 500 service centres in 2026. The company said that the new facility is aimed at strengthening its service infrastructure in the country and supporting its growing customer base. With five exclusive service centres already operational, the Kolkata outlet will further expand the company’s physical service footprint. According to the company, the centre will offer in-person assistance, diagnostics and repair services through trained staff in a dedicated service environment.
Commenting on the expansion, Akis Evangelidis, Nothing’s co-founder and India President, said,
“At Nothing, we see customer experience as an extension of product experience. As our community continues to grow across India, expanding our exclusive service infrastructure is essential. The launch of our sixth Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata reflects our commitment to delivering faster, more reliable, and more specialised support to our users in the country.”Nothing’s sixth exclusive service centre opens in Kolkata: All details
The Nothing Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata is located at 3rd Floor, #66 Vivekananda Road, Girish Park North, P.S. Girish Park, Kolkata – 700006. The centre will operate between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and will remain closed on Sundays. The company said every second and fourth Saturday will be observed as “Nothing Service Day,” during which customers can have their products cleaned, get discounts on spare parts, and have service charges waived at the centre.
Nothing noted that it has been expanding its after-sales network in India as it increased the number of service centres from 350 to 430 in 2025. The company plans to expand this network to 500 centres by the end of 2026. The number of priority service desks has also increased from five locations to more than 30 across the country.
According to the company, the Kolkata Exclusive Service Centre will provide repair and technical support services, along with service camps and access to care plans and device protection options for customers in eastern India.
Nothing's latest exclusive service centre comes as India remains an important market for the company’s expansion plans. The brand reported steady smartphone growth in the country, leading the market for 7 of the 8 consecutive quarters in 2025.
The company said it crossed $1 billion in total sales at the beginning of 2025 and has since grown into a $1.3 billion business, supported by $200 million in Series C funding from global investors.
Earlier this month, Nothing also opened its first flagship offline store in Bengaluru and is set to launch Phone (4a) on March 5, 2026. The flagship store, which marked the company’s first foray into physical retail in the country, was inaugurated by Nothing CEO Carl Pei and co-founder Akis Evangelidis. The Bengaluru store, located on 100 Feet Road in Indiranagar, is part of Nothing’s expanding global retail network. It follows the company’s London store and comes ahead of planned locations in Tokyo and New York City. The store will remain open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Spread across 5,032 square feet, the store saw more than 2,000 visitors on its opening day. The layout focuses on community interaction, hands-on experiences and collaboration. Visitors can explore Nothing’s products and understand the brand’s design approach inside the space.
The store features an industrial-style design inspired by 1970s workshops and assembly lines. Structural elements have been intentionally left visible, and materials such as concrete, steel, aluminium and glass are used in their natural form. Transparent design elements allow visitors to see how products are developed and presented.
The flagship outlet also includes a cafe, a video recording studio and dedicated product experience zones. Interactive installations, such as claw machines, vending machines, and conveyor-style displays, are available inside the store. Visitors are also offered complimentary beverages and access to a social space designed for meetings and community interaction.
